Inside the Inspiration
Established in 2005, Lewis Cho was launched by designers Annie Lewis and Helen Cho. The two met while working for Anna Sui.
With their busy friends in the art world in mind, the designers wanted to create a wardrobe that captures the effortless fashion sense of a modern-day city slicker.
A sophisticated versatility dominates the label’s line of knit and woven separates and dresses, but not without a touch of whimsical charm that is the collection’s unique handwriting.
Lewis makes many of the Lewis Cho patterns herself in the studio in Manhattan’s Garment District with an expert team of in-house sample makers, while taking advantage of the talented sewers and artisans in the neighborhood.
